Srinagar, Sep 28 (KNO): On World Heart Day yesterday, the Department of Cardiology, SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar in collaboration with ‘Save Heart Kashmir’ organized an awareness run.
As per a statement issued to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the run was flagged off by Director SKIMS, Prof Ashraf Ganie, along with Prof Hilal Rather, HOD Cardiology SKIMS, Prof Muzaffar Maqsood, Prof Tariq Qureshi Ex Principal GMC, HOD Nephrology SKIMS, Dr Imran, Additional Professor Cardiology SKIMS, Dr Irfan Ahmad Consultant Cardiologist SSH Shireen Bagh.
Several athletes clubs including Srinagar Athletes Club, Badamwari athletes club, Eidgah athletes participated in the event.
It was just an awareness run how to keep heart healthy, said the organizers—(KNO)
